i have a whole new appreciation for immigrants who come and have to sift through difficult paperwork to be able to stay. doing this in a different language is so, so difficult. forget the fine print; i can't understand the public signs.
so far no luck... they told me to go to the agora as opposed to the prefecture and when we got there it turns out i have to make an appointment which isn't till the 17th and the girl there gave me a list of things i need which i'm pretty sure is incorrect because it's the same as fraser's and i'm not a student. ugh. seriously this shit is ridiculous. i had to do all the visa stuff back home, but i actually need a carte de sejour to stay for ten months. it seemed easy enough.

Oh Anne! Horrible!
I hope everything falls together for you, I had to do all this trash back at home, in Canada...which made it easier!
