holllllaaaa!

sooo...after almost missing our bus, and then almost getting off the bus at the wrong stop, and then the bus being an hour late, we got to viña del mar. it´s very beachy and cute. we ate and then slept a lot and then ate and then claudia took us to valapraisa. which was FREAKIN AWESOME. yeah i just yelled that. it is our dream town only with more dog poo. cobblestone steep streets and hilly neighborhoods and colourful houses and smushed together and wicked grafitti and students and hippies and cafes and bars. beautiful!
we didn´t have very much time to spend there. yesterday we went to the market with claudia and that was also amazing, it was sooo big and full of fresh fruit and vegetables and like a vegetarian paradise and we were such gringas gawking at everything and sneaking pictures when claudia wasn´t looking (¨people will think i´m crazy!¨) . then we explored downtown, which was quite cute. today we went walking along the beach, and now we´re here, and then we might go for some gelato, and then we will get on a bus for 19 hours and go to antofagasta. yechhhhh!
and then we´ll be on the road again, staying in hostels and things, which is really quite exciting at this point, we´re ready for some freedom and some pub nights and cute travelly places and other hippie travelers. right now we´re going to buy a bottle of wine for the bus. haha
