pucon is beautiful. a bit like banff or canmore, only with volcanoes. we´ve gone on two beautiful hikes through the autumn forest, and we also went whitewater rafting on friday. we´re heading back to concepcion tonight, and susie and i will be off to vina del mar tomorrow evening. i´ll try to keep posting, although our access to internet will be inconsistent from here on. we think we´ll be able to survive in spanish...maybe we´ll study a bit more tomorrow. it´s starting to get a bit easier to get the gist of what people are saying. (as long as they speak muy lento). we do miss canada, and english speakers, though.
